David Pino talks about the recent floods in Catalonia on the program Basics at BTV

David Pino, professor of physics at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, assured in an interview with Básic that, if decisions are not made and action is not taken, it will happen again. That climate change will not reduce the impact of floods. We must be brave to at least talk about it and not wait for the next flood. We can try to find the hot spots with the data where expropriations can be carried out and, if not, assume that this will happen again, because we know it.
