Research grant from the town council of Terrassa to the student Ricard Kirchner Amor

The City Council of Terrassa awards a research grant to Ricard Kirchner Amor, PhD student and associate professor in the Department of Physics at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya for the project entitled "Analysis of present and future complexity of the rainfall regime in Catalonia: Statistics, trends, irregularity and multifractality".

The research developed jointly with Professor M. Carmen Casas and Raul Rodriguez will focus on the study of rainfall and its complexity to evaluate the relationship with climate change.
